Demurrage Policy

We do not under any condition remind our customer (s) about the demurrage / demurrages of their deposited consignment. This is because it is contained in the contract / deposit form which must be filled by our customers before any consignment is accepted from them. It is clearly stated in this referred form that our customers must be able to know how much that is accumulated according to the number of days his/her consignment stays in our custody.

 

We do encourage all our customers to always asked questions about our service charges, demurrages and any money matters before applying for release or delivery of their consignment (s). Any customer who did not ask any of these questions before applying for any services that involves release, delivery or any form of transfer of consignment is assumed to have known about the demurrage (s) him/herself. Under these circumstances we only request for the entire relevant document (s) to permit our release, deliver or transfer of consignment assuming that the customer knows about our demurrage policy.
